Oscar Hines didn't set out to become an expert in human connection — life taught him that understanding people is the most powerful skill anyone can develop.

Born in Costa Rica and raised in New York, Oscar spent years inside corporate America as a Director and Trainer, teaching leaders how to communicate, persuade, and inspire. But the more he studied people — their words, their body language, the emotions beneath the surface — the more he realized that most communication training only scratches the surface.

That realization changed everything.

Oscar went deeper. He trained in Kinesiology, Graphology, and Emotional Causation — disciplines that reveal what people are really communicating beneath the words. He certified in Energy Healing modalities including Matrix Energetics and Cranial Sacral Therapy, and partnered with both Medical and Naturopathic Doctors as a Certified Health & Wellness Consultant. Every layer added a new dimension to his understanding of how human beings think, feel, connect — and heal.

Today, Oscar is a Certified Professional Public Speaker through the Les Brown Institute, host of , and author of "Ninja Communications: The Art and Science of Influence" — a groundbreaking exploration of how real influence is built not through manipulation, but through genuine human connection.

With over 20 years of national media presence — including CBS, FOX, ABC, nationally syndicated radio, and cable television — Oscar has brought this message to millions.
